Can I plan my roof for spring 2027?
Yes. Tell us that spring is your preference. Stronghold will review your roof and discuss an installation window with your proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date.
Will I get an instant price?
Your request starts with your address and a few roof details. Stronghold reviews the measurements, access, and condition before providing a fixed-price proposal. You do not need to measure the roof yourself.
What if you find damaged wood?
Your proposal explains what is included and how hidden conditions are handled. If rot or damaged decking changes the scope, we document it and agree the additional work and price with you before proceeding.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
The roofing proposal includes the terms of the 5-year limited workmanship warranty. Manufacturer product coverage is separate. Review the written coverage and exclusions before accepting.
Am I committing to anything by submitting?
No. This is a request for a roofing proposal. Any assessment charge, project price, payment terms, and schedule will be explained before you commit.
